The Knutsford Botanist

Have you passed by the freshly furnished Botanist Knutsford? A new addition to the Botanist family, Living Ventures botanical empire spreading nicely across the UK. 

Our propping team were again in full swing for the collection of all the interior design trinkets and finishings. Working closely with our team of designers at Tyson Lighting for the construction of our trademark chandeliers. We are already in full swing with the developments of a couple more to open this Summer, so keep a look out on Twitter for any updates.

The Club House, Liverpool One, Final

From the initial sketch to the final build and completion, The Club House at Liverpool One has to be one of our favourite projects to date. It is just fantastic to see the initial sketches below from Paul Danson himself to the above image, shot by photographer James Brown.

A popular attraction already, in Liverpool, we are excited to see the use of the exterior come summer. Let's hope for a little British sunshine this year!!

Th Botanist Knutsford Completion

Opening in 2 weeks, we are proud to say another fantastic Botanist venue is complete in Knutsford, Cheshire and we have handed over.

Leeds Dock Pop Up Bar: Dock 29

To celebrate the arrival of Sky at Leed's Dock, Allied London commissioned our team to come up with a new bar concept to host a jam-packed events season, seeing over 600 employees to arrive at Leed's Dock by April 2016.

LEED'S DOCK POP-UP BAR

PDI are on site and close to completion with a brand new pop-up bar at Leeds Dock Due to open on the Allied London development next week, 10th December 2015.

Using all creative theming skills to deliver the completed bar in the four week brief time. The team of specialist imagineers from PDI dig deep into their craft to seek out the best dressings and props for the desired interior.

The Trading House Glasgow

The Trading House has opened its second in Glasgow.

Harley worked hard on the design, continuing the story of a gentleman traveller who collects antiquities from around the globe, the interior is a grand spectacle of trinkets and peculiar findings in which we find during all our propping visits around the UK and Europe.

The unique designed light fitting chandeliers are a grand statement throughout, The Trading House, making a very grand feature along with the high ceilings & large windows.

Another successful team effort & completed project with Living Ventures & the New World Trading Company.

Club House Liverpool One

PDI's brand new stand alone themed bar and restaurant at Liverpool One is approaching the fit out period now that the building is nearing conclusion with the shell and core stage.

The Club House at Liverpool One, a unique move into another direction in the stand alone bar concepts for client Living Ventures with the interiors, away from The Oast House in Spinningfields, Manchester which has inspired so many others with the use of reclaimed and reused material. PDI is always ahead of its game and looking to seperate themselves from the rest.

Bespoke Designed Chandeliers For The Trading House Glasgow

The magnificent chandeliers, designed by Paul Danson are being positioned into the Trading House in Glasgow, the second one for the New World Trading Company, due to open in 1 week. 

The bronze palm chandeliers, created to hang in their organic form in a luxurious trading hall or palm court interior. Paul states 'I wanted to design something to fit a classic period, yet remain contemporary and I believe I have developed a fitting which is timeless.'

On Site At Liverpool One, The Club House

PDI's latest £2.5million themed bar and restaurant is coming out of the ground, an inspirational piece of design and construction at Liverpool One.

Here we show the sub structure in place with over 50 tons of steel. This steel is required for transferring the main frame onto the existing column structures positioned.
